Pomegranates

Did you know that the pomegranate fruit was mentioned in the KJV of the Holy Bible?

It was also mentioned in the Holy Quran.

Does anyone know which chapter or verse?

Our fruit bowls sometimes contain pomegranate seeds that are very sweet and healthy.

Here's some info on this exotic fruit:

It originated in Northern India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran (but it also grows elsewhere such as California, Africa and Malaysia.

It is high in Vitamin K.  Didn't even know there was a vitamin K.  It can help to correct anemia!!!!

Apart from health benefits, there are beauty benefits as well:  it is added to shampoos and skin creams because of its molecular structure which can penetrate deep layers of your skin and hair to provide additional moisture....
