The Sweet Truth

Ever so often you hear people saying that too much fruits are not good for you because of all the sugar they contain.  

This is a myth.  

There are good sugars, and there are bad, in the same way there are good fats and there are bad ones.  

Fresh fruit offers so much more than the natural sugar it contains – including water, vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients.
